THEME; THE EAGLE BELIEVER
TOPIC: IF YOU HAD AN EAGLE START…
TEXTS: Deut 32:11-14; Josh 1:2-9; Gen 12:1-4; 26:1-6; 50:15-21; Pro 10:4; 12:24; 13:4;22:29; 24:10; Judges 3:1-2.
Permit me to state from the onset, that, the day man falls into sin, he begins to live as a vulture, however, the blood of Jesus made him/her to become an eagle, the very day he/she realizes his state and plead for mercy of pardon, (1 Jn 4:4).
An eagle is meant for an high places.
Many people are lost in the conviction of inferiority complex. Many when they are even born again fail to recognize the fact that they are meant for the top -a major assignment of heaven for the believers.
The call from the commonwealth of sin to that of God is to be able to live like an eagle.
From Deut 32:11-13, God puts Himself in the place of mother-eagle while He puts the believer in the place of baby-eagle for the purpose of making them to ride in the high places. No believer should be a beggar.
God handles our case like a mother eagle. The mother-eagle at a particular age will tear off the nest allowing the chicks to appear fallen but at the last trump it will spread its wing thereby preventing the chick from tourching the ground.
God knows the appropriate time to come into the scene of our matters. Initially it will appear as if Satan is winning but God comes in to frustrate the devil at his least expected time.
V;13, Eagle flies at the highest altitude where it sighted its best prey. It has the dominion of the sky which makes it to feed on fresh meal on daily basis. It is not easily killed by any other animal because of the dominion of the sky.
The book of Joshua in chapter 1:2-9 reveals Joshua as an eagle. Anywhere the leg of an eagle touches becomes his automatically. Joshua never becomes fearful at any moment. If he has ever allow for fear, he wouldn’t have been able to conquered.
We have a winsome destiny. We need not be afraid of whatever and whatsoever. YOU ARE BORN TO WIN.
Eagles are closer to the resident of God; they enjoy all the benefit of heaven first. So, all the believers are meant to enjoy first the mercy of God in all areas.
There is an atmosphere of prosperity over you as a believer.
Great trials are often necessary to prepare us for great responsibility. There is no mistake as the great mistake of NOT GOING ON. Success in life is like the postage stamp, which usefulness consists in the ability to stick to one thing until it gets there. When you are not sticking to your purpose you cannot get to the success of your purpose.
EAGLE AT THE BEGINNING: (Ps 103:5; Deut 32: 11-13);
Before an eagle is born, it usually has a small tooth on its beak that helps it to break out of the egg. If anyone tries to help that eagle-chick to escape, it will probably not survive because breaking through the egg is THE TENACITY and THE EARLY FIGHT OF SPUR that the EAGLE needs to make it in life (Judges 3:1-2; Josh 10: 25).
It is one thing to itch or yearn for something and it is another thing to scratch for it. Start scratching, start from somewhere.
No eagle ever wants to remain old. When it has grown unnecessary wings that make it appear growing old, it goes to the highest rock, with its peak for the next two weeks will be removing the old wings until the fresh and new one comes out. This is why bible concludes by saying they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. All you need is to learn to wait in the presence of God and regain a fresh strength.
God has put in every BELIEVER a power of DO IT YOURSELF. God expects the baby eagle to make use of that small beak. A believer need not depend on the strength of another man for survival.
Life is programmed by God to challenge two things in any one who will want to succeed. (1) YOUR DECISION; (2) YOUR COURAGE. (Josh 1:19)
*If you Had An Eagle Start Whenever, Then It Is Possible Wherever To Push Your Way To The Top. (Deut 32:13)
The struggle of every child of God is necessary to make the colours appear; Life is A PLACE OF CONTINUAL CLIMB, if we are ever to reach our goal. People who have never had difficulties or problems tend to be very shallow.
*The greatest failure in life is to STOP trying (Pro 24:10)
*Men do not fail, They just give up easily.
Perhaps it is time to leave your COMFORT ZONE (the cocoon) of the egg like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Joshua. You will never discover your full potential if you stay in comfort zone. BREAK OUT! –The World is waiting for you.
EVERY SHELL THAT LIMITS YOU IS BROKEN IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
